Finally a compassionate employee
The process started off a lil rocky with the first rep I spoke to and I was going to cancel my subscription.Then I got Toni on the phone and she was amazing! She was knowledgeable and def showed that she cared about my situation and helped me with my claim from start to finish. She showed so much compassion and truly made me feel comfortable and calm about having my dogs dewclaws removed. Its nice talking to someone who actually likes their job and what they do for a living. Thank You again Toni for all your help You deserve a raise!!

Continued to be easy to work with
I contacted customer service via chat to discuss the upcoming surgery for my dog, who tore his cruciate ligament. They confirmed that I have nothing to do, can file claims against it and be covered at 90% after my deductible, for the lifetime of our policy. I mean, it's all there in the policy, and I knew that. But I still had to double check. Working with Trupanion is so easy every time, and I can't say that much else in this world. Thanks!

The best pet insurance!!
This is the easiest, most helpful and convenient pet insurance! I had pet insurance with another company, it was way more expensive than Many Pets, covered much less and filing a claim was nearly impossible! Many Pets claim process could not be easier! I have 4 furbabies, and have filed claims for each one of them. The process was very simple and getting reimbursed was just as easy!! I couldn't be happier with my choice to move to Many Pets!

Worst experience of my life
The worst costumer service of my life. Karissa took it upon herself to yell at me when she couldn't provide evidence of the "actual cost of care" which she cited as the reason to increase my rate by 200 per month.. she stated the cost of care was more in the new city I moved to 3 years ago...which is not true at all. In fact the cost of treatment is less here than it was in the previous town I lived in. I offered to get three quotes for the actual cost of treatment from both cities and she refused this demanding the "actual cost of care" was not going to reflected in quotes from the actual cost of care. So I cancelled and went on to find out they base all their rates on policies that are not supported by evidence.
