Pleasantly surprised
I was very happy with the entire process of submitting a claim. It was very easy, even for those not good with technology. The communication and response times were excellent. I was pleasantly surprised there wasn't any back and forth ridiculousness. Have recommended Fetch to others because of the ease of this interaction.

Great service! We love Trupanion!
The Trupanion customer service is too-notch. Weâve just lost our dog and besides covering what was included in our policy, they were very thoughtful and send us an email with their condolences. If we have a pet again, weâll definitely get Trupanion! No question about that!
