Simple Online Registration Process
Process was simple. I did encounter an issue and did not receive my welcome email, however I was able to contact your 24/7 support line and the representative I spoke to quickly figured out what happened and resolved the problem. My recommendation would be to add an email verification option to the online registration process.

My Cockapoo recently chewed and swallowed an object.
My Cockapoo recently chewed and swallowed an object. He required several X-rays including having to take him to Emergency Vet Clinic very late on a Sunday evening resulting in further X-rays at his regular vets and then emergency treatment at Toronto Emergency Animal Hospital. Trupanion were amazing covering these costs and keeping me informed of the claims process via email and text messages. Highly recommend Trupanion and thank goodness I had pet insurance??
