Fetch doesn’t care about you or your animal. I’m sure all insurance companies aren’t great but we’ve had this one since the day we adopted Loki. He was a 7 month old rescue and they have said literally everything is a pre- -existing condition and even though we pay every month they pay for nothing. They aren’t humane. They don’t call you back. They don’t work with you. It’s just a money grubbing company and the worst part is on the other end of all this is a poor, helpless dog who just needed some love and attention. If you’re going to be an insurance company for animals have a freaking heart.

Trupanion came through 3 times !
We are very sad losing our beloved companiion - but Trupanion came through 3 times with our 13 year Labrador - two TLPO knee surgeries when she was 6 and 7 years old - then and one end of life chemo and emergency treatment - they made all of our costly medical decisions much easier during trying times - the representatives were always very polite and informative over the many years - if when we ever get another dog we will be sure to insure with them again /

Comprehensive Coverage?
Just st signed up yesterday and I will be dropping it today if I can’t get some satisfaction. I cannot find any specific surgeries that are covered and the associate that took my inquiry stated that she could not tell me which surgeries are cover but that she would inquire and then I was left on hold for far too long and assumed that she would not return. Customer service is ill informed and are vague and evasive. The policy does express everything that will not be covered, but no mention whatsoever of specific surgeries for breed specific genetic problems. Which is the most important to me as I explained when I signed up. I needed comprehensive accident coverage and breed specific surgery coverage, none of which are visible in the policy that I purchased. So disappointed. I’ll do a follow up on this review as soon as I get answers from Embrace.
