My puppy got Parvovirus spent 7 days at the vets the Bill cost me almost $1000 and Pets Best is only reimbursing back $187.01 not sure if it is worth having pet insurance.

I have been a policy holder of Trupanion since getting our first dog from Canine Companions. I have filed 3 claims during that time and all three were paid by Trupanion in 2-3 days. No fuss. No worries. Just an honest response to our claim. In the midst of our worry and grief for a dear pet, we are deeply, deeply grateful.

After a long few days with our dog in the hospital, I wasn't sure how the claims process would go with Healthy Paws. It was absolutely one of the easiest parts of this experience, from submitting the claim to getting our reimbursement took 3 business days which was a lot faster than I was expecting. I would recommend Healthy Paws to anyone looking for pet insurance.

Billing problems not resolved in a timely basis. My home insurance was fine, but my auto policy was quoted one price, but appeared in the dashboard with a much much higher price. I had to chat with agents 3 times, all of whom tried to assist and apologized for the situation. Yet 3.5 weeks later I was charged the higher price on my credit card, with no explanation as to why. Was told that I would eventually get a credit, but it's quite frustrating to see how long and how much time I've spent on this billing error. I don't doubt people are trying to fix this, but it's not fixed and I've had to reach out for updates.
