really disappointed with the insurance. I'm paying every month and you refuse to cover my cat's emergency visit which is not due to a pre-existing condition. I am going to appeal the decision, and will furthermore report to the CA department of consumer insurance.

Trupanion has always been great and helpful. This is my first major emergency with my dog Blue and my rep that spoke with, Meghan was so helpful in making sure I understood everything about my policy and how to file for a pre approval claim. I felt that they truly wanted to help and my pre approval for Blueâs emergency was approved. It was a pleasant and helpful experience during a really stressful time. Thank you!
