This insurance was great until....
This insurance was great until they have now denied my dogs prescription dog food that has been approved for. I can take my dog off of it and let them get sick, restart the process of the prescription dog food and then they will pay for it until she gets better. Thanks for the auto reply. I have already called and spoke to someone and got no where. :(

The best pet insurance out there!
I have had Healthy Paws insurance for my two pups for 10+ years and have to say it is worth every penny. Recently my 13 year American Bulldog needed surgery to remove her spleen and gallbladder. This decision was not made lightly but ever since she has been acting like her puppy self and got a full bill of health. Healthy Paws made it easy and even checked in to see how she was doing 2 weeks post op. If you are debating insurance, get it now and get it young!

Quick turnaround, actual coverage
Unlike some previous pet insurance companies we tried in the past, healthy paws actually provides coverage and processes claims very quickly. They also reached out to check on one of our dogs after he was hospitalized for a week - that really meant the world to us. Highly recommend.
