No full disclosure up front.
Because I received a quote with different pricing and deductibles. Was not told I cannot change it after 30 days until after I signed up unless it is to increase it and can no longer access the quote with different levels. Kind of ridiculous. I should nit bed to get on the phone with anyone. All that should have been disclosed to front and I should be able to view what the options are since I am now in the 30 day period of when I can revise (knowing that after the fact)
