My dog had a lump the vets thought might be cancer and needed surgery to remove it. Making a claim is so easy compared to what I’ve experienced with other insurance companies. All I had to do was take a picture of the invoice and send it in through the app, and my claim was processed and I was reimbursed within three days, as opposed to scanning papers and getting signatures and waiting over a month for a cheque in the mail. My vet doesn't take money directly from the insurer or it would be even easier

Peace of mind

I liked that when I live chatted with a rep ,I was sent an email outlining the coverage and was also able to talk to the same person when I called. I also liked the unlimited coverage . I already have coverage for an older dog . Max coverage is $4000 a year. Trupanion I have more peace of mind. Thank you ??
