The claim process was easy
The claim process was easy, clear cut and efficient. The best part was that The claim was processed within hours and payment issued. Very unlike another insurance company I did business with for another dog, that process was extremely cumbersome and took a month to process! I will not hesitate to recommend Figo.

Recently the best cat ever
Recently the best cat ever, our Darius, crossed the rainbow bridge. It was sudden & unexpected. I was a mess. But in regular Trupanion style, they were there for us. To the submission of the vet bill, the kind follow up notification of the cancellation of the policy for Darius to my phone call to follow up on a check, they were compassionate and caring. It made the entire experience much easier.

Worst insurance company for pets
My pet who is 11 months old developed pneumonia. Figo will not reimburse ans of the $2500 claims submitted because one of the possible causes could be roundworm, not that it was, just because it COULD BE!! I pay over 130 per month for two dogs and have had not one cent reimbursed for anything. My vet even called to defend the claim and provide collateral and agreed at thr absurdity of their denial. Thanks for nothing Figo
