Our boy Tank ❤️
We have had our dog Tank on Trupanion since we brought him home as a 3 month old pup. He is 10 years old turning 11 in a few months There is no words to describe how grateful we are to this company. Our boy is one of those unfortunate ones that has had health issues… starting with his knees both needed to be repaired .Allergies drove us nuts until they could be found out and remedied. Then he developed cancer in his rear leg. Due to how Tank is proportioned body wise to lose a back leg would be a death sentence for him. So he fought bravely through the operation and recovery ❤️🩹 Then came the infection in his rear leg a stain of flesh eating disease a infection that was hard to beat. With sear perseverance his back leg was saved. Trupanion has never blinked at what it cost to help our dog and let me tell you it has been a lot of money! They still to this day cover the medication that is required to make our boys life more manageable. That being said I would like to also say … I would give my eye teeth to have had my boy not go through what he has had to endured to live. I would gladly have paid my premiums monthly and have my boy sail through life unscathed. Peace of mind is priceless. My dog is one tough boy and Trupanion is his guardian Angel . Thank you from the depths of my very soul 🙏🙏🙏

I just signed up with trupanion so haven’t used their services yet but I called a couple times to get information about the insurance and each time I was able to get a person immediately to answer my questions unlike the other insurances I called. It gives me comfort to know when I really need help I will be able to talk to someone and I love they have 24/7 service! I signed up with my State Farm agent and it was so easy.

They treated ear infection as preexisting condition.
They treated ear infection as preexisting condition. 7 years later since it happened the first time. Cremation wasn’t covered because it wasn’t due to an accident. Well, my dog accidentally got cancer at 8 years old. Not worth the money!
