My little one is 2 years old and I was reluctant to purchase pet insurance when we first purchased the puppy because of the cost of pet insurance. My finances have changed a little so I decided to move forward with the pet insurance purchase. Claims processed quick. I submitted a wellness claim, and it was processed the next day. ManyPets’ customer service was very nice and listened to my concerns, they do pick up the phone as well, I didn’t have to wait long when I called them. I have 6 dogs, and I use ManyPets for them all.
