What is the point?
It seems that for the amount I pay monthly in premiums, virtually all of my claims are denied. If youâre selling catastrophic care insurance, fine, just call it that.

Excellent
Unfortunately, my dog was diagnosed with lymphatic cancer and we had to undergo cancer treatment with chemotherapy. Without pet insurance it would be very difficult.Thank God that since March 2022 I made a policy and the treatment is covered. I already received my first reimbursement for the expenses we paid and the whole process has been quick and easy. Do not hesitate to take out insurance for your pets. It's worth it.

I have been paying this company…
I have been paying this company premiums for 4 years, never made a claim and I have had my rate increased 2 times in the last 60 DAYS…total rip off. Spoke with a rep who “agreed with my frustration” but did nothing to improve my experience.

I had PetsBest insurance day I rescued two cats. One of them recently diagnosed Heart murmur and needs to monitor cardiology twice a year. Without PetsBest, I won’t be able to pay $900 lab fee per visit. It is so easy to process a claim and reimbursed as expected and on time. I truly thank PetsBest to that I can give my cats the best medical treatment without money problem

Rejected AGAIN and very disappointed
I'm very disappointed with the rejection of my claim. I filed a claim for my pet's ear infection and it was rejected due to prior ear infections. That was just not true! She went in to have her ears looked at once before and they were fine. I was given dog ear wash because my dog likes to swim and I wanted to make sure she didn't get any ear infections. She also had a little rash when we got her and Figo claimed that she had allergies (because of a baby rash). She does not or has never had allergies! That rash went away immediately after we got her home. Good luck getting any kind or payment from Figo. I went back to the Vet and got additional information and it was still rejected.
