After going through the stress and worry about my dog’s surgery, it was such a relief to have Fetch Pet Insurance. Submitting my claim was easy with no hassle and I was surprised to be reimbursed for a large portion of my bills seven days after submitting it.

Love this pet insurance!
We had to have surgery for our pups tooth. Trupanion made it so much easier- direct billing was so nice and we got the coverage estimate right away! We were so happy we had this insurance!!! Thank you for making this experience so much easier!

Suggestions for improvement
Would be a "10" if it were not for the high deductibles and the fact that servicing claims depends more on the quality of the vets office staff than on Trupanion.

Trupanion has always been very responsive in all our claims. Fast in reviewing and approving all treatment plans and claims. I don't know what I would do without Trupanion, since we had unexpected medical events with our dog, and I wish my health insurance were as fast and responsive as Trupanion.
