I had a great experience. It was very easy to upload my receipts and invoices to the app and I got refunded within 2 days! Loved it.

Lynne was very friendly and explained what I was missing for filing a claim.
Lynne was very friendly and explained what I was missing for filing a claim. It was obvious in talking with her that she is a dog lover and while compassionate, she also had a sense of humor. Wish more companies had customer service representatives with pleasant personalities.
