This company is a complete scam
This company is a complete scam. I submitted 3 claims that clearly show the itemized costs that I paid at the vet. They said that my claims didn’t show an itemized receipt so they denied my claim 3 times !!! The items are clearly stated so this is when I knew this business was a huge scam! Do not trust them! I will be telling everyone to avoid this insurance company at all costs !

We have 2 dogs and 2 cats insured since 1/2025. In March of 2026 the system keeps asking us to provide medical records prior to our ownership! When we signed up in1/2025 we where asked to take them in for exam and we did and sent in all required examinations papers. Several claims went through without problems, until this strange request. We called in and the request are still coming.Please fix this

Very Happy!
I was apprehensive about getting pet insurance. Wasn’t sure if it was worth the 70 dollars a month for a puppy. Well I’m glad I did my research and found Fetch insurance. They are user friendly, I get 90% back from them. Absolutely worth it! Look no more and get Fetch!

The amount I received for my claim was half of the estimate. No one on the phone has ever been able to answer my questions about this or other matters. The appeal form does not mention the issue. My vet — who recommended you and owns the practice — has to handle the issue per your appeal form. I doubt he will continue to recommend you to his clients.
