Thankful to have Pet Insurance
We were so thankful to have pet insurance when our 4 year old doodle had a stomach emergency and spent two nights in an emergency hospital. The bill was over $6200 and Healthy Paws simply asked for the medical notes from the hospital and they issued payment without a delay.

It has been a disappointing…
It has been a disappointing relationship. From being told that our puppy would be covered from their first vet visit, to being denied benefits for pre-existing conditions (how can a puppy have a pre-existing condition?); to learning that the discount we were being offered wasn’t even competitive with market rate offers outside of our group coverage - it has been a deeply disappointing experience with MetLife.
