Great experience
Great experience. I honestly never understood pet insurance, but I researched and decided to give it a shot. Since I have Progressive it made sense to go with Pet's Best. While I don't use it a ton, I like having predictable expenses. They have been very responsive, pay claims quickly, and I have never had a problem that a quick email couldn't solve. It would be nice if they could work with some vet offices to pay directly to them, but otherwise, I highly recommend!
