Had a wellness check up 4-12-2022 and claim was quickly reviewed 4-15-2022 and now just waiting for transfer of funds to my bank. My dog Bella needed heartworm test and meds and yearly blood work and also flea and tick meds. In all very happy I chose Pets Best. They care about your pet and you. Thank You Take wellness plan besides regular insurance well worth it.

Lack of consistency
We took out our policy as a puppy. Now at 10 years we are grateful. We are very grateful for the insurance help. My frustration is lack of consistency. The specialist bills a charge for an exam… one time denied, another reimbursed for and another denied…. Thank you for your help overall

No regrets choosing Lemonade
I’ve seen so many people disappointed with their pet insurance. Claims not paid. No customer service. Etc. I was nervous when it came time to submit Sadie’s claims which included a knee surgery claim. Those nerves quickly went away. Chelsea was GREAT. the communication was phenomenal and all of my claims were paid within a few days of submission. I have zero regrets with Lemonade and have been recommending them to anyone who will listen
