Not worth the high price
Very very expensive. If you can afford to pay $200/month then its a great company. Unfortunately I work in the veterinary industry and do not get paid much. The only way to have an affordable monthly premium is to have a very high deductible. The deductibles are for each issue not for the year so Its going to take me a while to reach my deductible. Making 100$ every month not worth it for me. The only expensive issue my dog has is considered pre-existing because I purchased some meds under my account 3 days before my waiting period was over. No medical note stating symptoms, only medications purchased. The only good thing about trupanion is the direct pay to your vet, but it comes with a high price.

We are very pleased with Figo…
We are very pleased with Figo Insurance. Our young Australian Shepherd male had a rough year with three medical issues and we were so happy we had signed up with Figo. Our claims were processed very quickly and payments occurred shortly thereafter. I have told everyone how incredible Figo has been for customer service, claim processing and payment response.

Follow up review with claim
This review is actually a follow up to my initial review. I recently had a claim for my feline fur baby and I will say ManyPets handled it VERY well. Via e-mail they communicated with me every step of the way, in a VERY timing manner and for that I'm thankful. When I did have to call the customer service rep was so very nice and helpful. I will also say that their policies are consistent with the 2 other pet insurances I have for my other feline fur babies so I was familiar with the claim process.

Not worth the price
Very very expensive. The only way to have my monthly premium even close to affordable is to have a high deducible. Yet the deductible is for each issue. Therefor I will never have an actual payout. The only real expensive issue I have for my dog is his skin and its considered a preexisting condition. If you can afford to pay 200$ a month for your dog then go for it, but overall its truly not worth how expensive it is. I do like their 24/7 chat feature though.

I think this is the worst insurance…
I think this is the worst pet insurance company there is! You submit claims and you think they’re submitted, because it allows you to click the submit button and later you find out it was NEVER submitted and if you realize later they WON’T cover it because the policy term is over, EVEN THOUGH I’ve had the insurance 8 Years!! This makes no sense! I was covered, I paid, I used THEIR app that didn’t successfully submit it!!! I have a screen recording of it doing this this time. How many other people are out there had this happened to? I have PetsBest for my other two animals, and that company is absolutely wonderful and allow you to submit claims for any past year (whether it was their app or user error).
