So worth the money!
We have a 2 year old German Shepherd. Our boy had an adverse reaction to anesthesia plus has had ongoing issues with allergies. We have a "wellness" plan with our Vet's office, but none of the extras would be covered. The pet insurance has been a godsend. I would highly recommend it. Refunds are easy to process and explanations come with the refunds. Thank you so much.

Trupanion is an excellent company
Trupanion is an excellent company. Not only are they dependable and honest in their dealings with you - they seem to actually care about pets and maybe that is why they are so good at what they do. They know how we pet owners feel when they are unfortunately needed. I would not own a pet without a Trupanion policy - simple as that!

Pretty good so far
Honestly, I thought that paying the extra $50 for preventative care would cover the whole bill but it didn't.only covered $20 of a $70 shot. Fast reimbursement though.

I 100% do not regret getting pet…
I 100% do not regret getting pet insurance, it’s the new way to go. It’s part of my budget. I don’t have to worry. Twice now something happened and the claim part was all handled by the vet, I didn’t have to deal with paperwork. Trupanion is a peace of mind.

we Love Trupanion
We brought out puppy home 2 years ago and immediately signed up with trupanion. We've had 2 claims already and of course you would think they would be difficult to work with like most insurance companies. It's super easy and they are awesome communicators. It's really a great experience working with them after going through the stress of a sick animal. Both claims paid immediately with no problem. I highly recommend Trupanion!!!

Stay away, not a reliable company
The worst company ever, stay away, got a quote, I paid, then they asked me to send my puppy vet documents and several months passed without any news, we called several times just to waste our time, we tried to call to cancel, nothing, we sent emails nothing, the last resource was to report my cc as stolen so they cant charge us anymore, terrible service
