Beware of their coupon scam
Beware of their coupon scam , they claim you can get first month free , in the fine print it says 24 hours after seeing a vet ! The vet dosent seem to know ether cause they never told us the just gave us the coupon , this makes me wonder if the rest of their service is a scam

Claims have been quick and straightforward. Moreover, whenever I have had a question in the last several years, I get a very quick, thorough, and friendly reply. Customer service is very good! I recently tried one of the new pet insurances for a couple of new cats - mostly for the better FORL coverage - but I am considering switching them over to Embrace as well since I have had only good experiences with them around my older kitties.
