Pets Best is very timely and responsive. My main experience is with the claims process, but other than not having a button to cancel or withdraw a claim, I don’t have any complaints. Great experience so far!

We have had trupanion for our 14 year…
We have had trupanion for our 14 year old dog since she was a puppy. We have made many claims, including a monthly one for a chronic condition. Trupanion has always paid immediately and without objection. I highly recommend them.

I did not see a perfect matching diagnosis
I did not see a perfect diagnostic match when submitting a claim. Phone calling I was on hold 25 minutes. Chat gave me a different answer than the customer representative. They happened at the same time. Instructions to use chat came at about 15minutes of holding.

Beware of their coupon scam
Beware of their coupon scam , they claim you can get first month free , in the fine print it says 24 hours after seeing a vet ! The vet dosent seem to know ether cause they never told us the just gave us the coupon , this makes me wonder if the rest of their service is a scam

Ahead of schedule
When I first submitted my claim, I received a message saying it would be 30-40 days before I get any monies due back. I was pleasantly surprised that it happened before those dates. Thank you, this will truly help with the unexpected vet bill for the month.
