we Love Trupanion
We brought out puppy home 2 years ago and immediately signed up with trupanion. We've had 2 claims already and of course you would think they would be difficult to work with like most insurance companies. It's super easy and they are awesome communicators. It's really a great experience working with them after going through the stress of a sick animal. Both claims paid immediately with no problem. I highly recommend Trupanion!!!

Stay away, not a reliable company
The worst company ever, stay away, got a quote, I paid, then they asked me to send my puppy vet documents and several months passed without any news, we called several times just to waste our time, we tried to call to cancel, nothing, we sent emails nothing, the last resource was to report my cc as stolen so they cant charge us anymore, terrible service

Worst company possible they gave me a quote I tried to add someone before I even got a chance to add them they canceled my quote for no reason and took money out my account and theirs no way to contact them every time I call they just hang up this is one of the worst company, and they could have called or tried to talk to me but I just keep getting emails with no reply back

BUYER BEWARE- TOTAL SCAM
Company is a total scam. I put a claim in, supplied all vet documents and was declined due to needing more documents which is impossible to produce. All they do is give you the runaround.

Confidentiality at ease.
Was very impressed when the day before my sister signed up. Had signed up with Embrace in Nov. And didn't like them. After hearing the treatment my sister got the next day canceled them and signed up with Trupanion. Claire from Trupanion was very professional and fabulous handling my sister and myself. I'm so happy now.
