Moving the goalposts
Been a customer for 3 years and have had a great experience until recently. Trupanion made me pay a deductible on an existing condition. And made me submit an appeal. Told me they needed to have my vet substantiate that it wasn’t a new condition. That’s a first.

Amazing how quick and easy response
When you need to fill a claim for any insurance, car, house etc, you know since the beginning that you will be in trouble in calling, visits, follow up and looong story to get resolved. Not with Lemonade pet insurance, the app is really easy to navigate, and the response to approve my pet accident? As quickly as with 5 seconds!!! No way!! Really??? Approved and wire transfer fast, yep some detailed severe accidents takes a couple of days… but worth it… l love it!

Web site very user friendly. Easy to understand and sign up. I was dreading the enrollment process and navigating through screens. Was very pleasantly surprised. I am not tech savvy and this was so simple even I, a very senior-senior citizen was able to accomplish the enrollment process with no difficulty whatsoever .
