Unbelievable Coverage & Quick Reimbursement
Our French Bulldog Fletcher just had a second back surgery and Healthy Paws came through for Us when we really it. Reimbursement 3 business days after filing the claim. We have 90% coverage which was well the deductible during this difficult time for Fletcher.

Best pet insurance in my opinion
We signed up for pet insurance with Healthy Paws in 2013. They have been wonderful all this time. They process the claims super quickly and the money are directed deposit in my bank. I just had 3 recent claims of 7,500 and they paid 90% of it. For my previous dog, they paid probably $20,000+ in her lifespan. It gives me peace of mind to know that my dog is protected.

Fantastic insurance
My dog had emergency surgery at an after hour’s emergency vet. It was very expensive but I didn’t hesitate because I knew I could rely on my Healthy Paws insurance. I submitted the claim and was reimbursed in 4 days for everything except the exam fee (which I know is not covered). What a relief!

Horrible Insurance-slow claims processing. Appeal process not well described.
My claim for my dog's injury was originally denied as pre-existing. I appealed the decision, and although decision was in my favor, it took over 3 months for final determination. In the meantime, I have accrued claims for continued care for my dog that I had to wait to submit, until decision was made.
