Excellent customer service
My dog had an emergency dental procedure. The doctors office told me they took trupanion. When checkout time came, they asked me for $4000. Trupanion worked extra fast and speedily to process the claim at 7:30pm so the doctor eould know the check amount The doctor was not with Trupanion, did not have their software and in my opinion fairly closed minded about working with Trupanion. Tanya from Trupanion went above and beyond to make sure everything was processed.

I got pet insurance because we had to…
I got pet insurance because we had to put our last dog down because we couldn’t come up with the $10000 to have her surgery and other vet service that were required to cure her, so we got insurance through this company. Then to later figure out that the invoice(s) have to be paid in-full first before a reimbursement can be approved. So let’s say the same thing happens to Pook? How do I come up with the $10 000 to cover it it. Now I’ve been told that there is a company that covers everything first. Just like human insurance. So unless fetch can bend the rules a bit, I’m going to have to most likely say goodbye.
