Insurance Coverage for GSD Allergies
5 years (2017) ago we began our pet insurance experience with Trupanion. We originally bought the insurance for possible future health problems associated with German Shepherds, but had to start using our insurance when our girl was diagnosed with allergies. Since 2018 Trupanion has paid the 90% of treatment of allergies every month. We appreciate the friendliness of the staff and the prompt claim payments. Thank you very much.

I can’t even sign up and register online my email address is not matching to my account number and I emailed Customer Service a couple of days ago and nobody has contacted me to help me fix the problem so I’m really upset and regret signing up for this insurance I’ll probably shop around cancel.

Claims not processed timely
You deduct my premiums on time but you dont pay the claims for a couple of weeks. You get paid immediately on my 2 pets. You never used to be this late but you have changed over the years. My pet that I just put down who was almost 15 was on HealthyPaws and they paid within 3-4 days turnaround time unless they needed medical records. You really need to work on your claims reimbursement timeframe.
