EXTREMELY HAPPY CUSTOMER ??????????
I had other pet insurance before and Iâm so happy to have chosen Trupanion for our new puppy. I was absolutely amazed when our vet was able to file our claims for us and then before I could even get back to my vehicle I received a text informing me how much of my claim was coming back to me and not only that I was able to have it sent to our vet. The vet gave me an instant credit on my account that I was able to use for the vet services that day. It made everything so much easier and efficient and I recommend Trupanion highly for doing things no other pet insurance does! 100 ?? in my book. Another feature I love is that they donât cover wellness care because in my experience it covers very little and is very restrictive on how to use it. Trupanion will tell you it drives up our premium cost with little benefit for having it. By not covering it Trupanion can put your premium towards the cost of care you hope you never need but unfortunately when you do, that care is often extremely expensive. Iâd rather put that portion of my premium towards having no deductible and/or additional benefits they offer that are useful and actually that is exactly what I did. If your unsure or hesitant, donât be! I am a customer and this is a true story.

I am so grateful to how speedy Trupanion is on all of the claims. My dog was hit by a car in Aug and fortunately is recovering. However his leg hasn't been healing well and I'm so relieved to have Trupanion coverage. And to have it managed so well.

Healthy Paws pays off.
I have a delightful 11 year old Beagle. I purchased health insurance for her from Healthy Paws. It is somewhat expensive and premiums go up as she ages. Recently, her Vet discovered a mass on her spleen and recommended a splenectomy. That was done and thankfully the biopsy was negative. I have submitted at least a half dozen claims with Healthy Paws in conjunction with the splenectomy (lab work, ultrasound, surgery, post op labs, and medications). Each claim was handled promptly by Healthy Paws. Making a claim was as easy as uploading a photo of the Vet's itemized bill on the Healthy Paws website. All claims were processed in less than a week. Two of the claims were processed the day I submitted the claims. Healthy Paws even reached out to me by email to see how my pet was recovering after surgery. All claims were processed quickly and in accordance with my insurance policy with Healthy Paws. I insured my pet with Healthy Paws so that I would never have to make a medical decision on my beloved dog based on economics.

Trupanion comes through!
Have had trupanion since my dog was a puppy, now she’s almost 8 — haven’t needed any major vet services until now. Trupanion has been a lifesaver — prompt responses, prompt payments, zero hassles. I won’t ever be a dog owner without it.

I subscribed mostly out of a strong recommendation from the shelter I adopted my cat from, thinking it was out of an abundance of precaution.
