This is our first time having insurance…
This is our first time having insurance on a pet. To be honest, I didn’t expect much more than a hassle. I anticipated any insurance company would try to get out of paying for claims, etc. Well, wow, was I surprised. Not only did Trupanion approve our claim, they did it sooo fast! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone with a pet! They’ve already saved us what we put in and more!

We highly recommend Embrace to all pet owners. Best pet insurance, we have 3 dogs enrolled for 8+ yrs. and all claims get processed on time without any hassles. Policies are easy to understand and process is super easy, friendly staff, online claims take less than 5 minutes and it seems to get easier every time, I have to use. Most reliable pet insurance
Everyplace I go and see a person with a pet, I ask if they have pet insurance. If their answer is no, I then tell them about Trupanion. Trupanion saved my cat's life when he had a bladder obstruction. Trupanion saved my Lab's life in his multiple surgeries. Xrays covered by Trupanion saved my Lab's life. I cannot say enough good things about this pet insurance.

Outstanding pet insurance.
Customer service is kind and very knowledgeable. Very professional. Answers all my questions in a way that I understand. When I submit a claim they are very fast at submitting what is owed to me back in my bank account. I could not ask for a better pet insurance company. Customer service is awesome.

Lifesaving emergency surgery
When our 6 year old Yorkshire Terrier presented with acute abdominal pain, we were referred to the emergency veterinarian clinic where he was diagnosed with a mass on his right kidney. He received lifesaving surgery to remove his kidney and spent several days recovering in the hospital. We were very grateful that our Fetch pet insurance paid a portion of that treatment in a timely manner. The employees we spoke with were friendly and professional and helped ease a difficult and stressful time.
