Horrible customer service , they cannot complete a task or help pointless of this chat feature since all the do it say call customer service. Would not recommend this insurance to anyone . Plus the last rep said they contact my pups vets to get the invoice paperwork and never did . I’m don’t with this cancel my account like it should’ve been already
