A dental cleaning was deemed as pre-existing by SPOT. This is ludicrous! How can a cat have a pre-existing dental condition when his teeth have never been cleaned? I was reimbursed $100 of $1500. Now Spot keeps sending Amazon GC codes with no explanation of how to use them. I will not be a Spot customer much longer.

Confusing claims process, multiple requests for the same information, require records years old, will find any reason not to reimburse under covered plan. Customer service was friendly and helpful but the actual insurance company was incredibly challenging to work with.

Would have been a 5 if not for recent app trouble
Only reason I’m not scoring a 5 is because I had issues submitting through the app (first time ever) and had to use a desktop instead. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences submitting claims for my pup. Fairly quick turnaround (especially if you use direct deposit) and clear explanations on reimbursements.
