Good experiences so far
We adopted two male sibling cats and needed to find insurance for them. When I called Fetch to get information they were very helpful and informative. They set my boys up with insurance that was affordable. Little did I know that about eight months later I would need to submit a claim for one of them after an emergency room visit. It was easy to submit the claim and was reimbursed quickly .

We have been Trupanion clients for…
We have been Trupanion clients for almost 15 years. The first five to seven or eight years, they provided EXCELLENT service, and were EXCEPTIONALLY concerned with my pets, and providing the coverage I am paying for. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case. Although I had suspected as much with the care for my last animal, I am now wholly convinced with my most recent claim, that Trupanion has quite simply went to the “dark side”; and is expending an inordinate amount of time and labor reviewing claims, in an effort to NOT cover as much as they possibly can, regardless of the terms of the insurance policy; to the point of no longer “erring” on the side of the client; but now on the side of the company. Previously, they were an AMAZING company, and provided exceptional service, and coverage. But since being bought by one of the multi-National insurance companies, they are simply another insurance company that is out to rip off customers… your pets be damned. We have simply started a savings account for our newer pets, and monthly put the $$$ amount that Trupanion would have charged us for coverage, so WE can choose what to pay for, rather than hoping and praying that Trupanion will honor their obligation under the terms of the insurance agreement they provide; because it is now 100% obvious to us they Trupanion will not. They are now just “another” crummy insurance company, out to steal your money.

I am a newer policy holder to fetch
I am a newer policy holder to fetch . So far I have had nothing but a positive experience. Filling out my policy paperwork was simple and easy and somebody was always available if I had questions. No I have recently submitted a claim for my pet who out of the blue was experiencing a tremendous amount of pain. The vet bill was high and I am so thankful I had Fetch to protect us and our pet. The claim process was easy and in a couple of weeks we were reimbursed for the percentage of our policy provided, I would recommend Fetch and will use for other pets.
