The communication has been inconsistent…
The communication has been inconsistent and sporadic. It is not detailed. I received an email stating payment was declined but I had notified them the card was stolen and needed to be corrected. Then, the claim status came back as changed with a claim amount of $0.00 but the invoice amount submitted is $931.85. It makes no sense.

First time I filed a claim
First time I filed a claim. I was not sure if I was going to be reimbursed for what I thought I was. I paid the vet bill and filed the claim. I knew my deductible would be subtracted from my bill as well as my 10% co-payment. The amount I was reimbursed was within $6.00 of what I figured it would be. I am very satisfied and although I wish I don't have to file another claim on behalf of my pet, I completely trust this company!
