Claim reimbursement
Ive had Pets Best for almost all of my pets during their life with Healthy Paws when Pets Best premium got to over 2000.00 for my almost 14 year old dog. I know have 2 dogs on Pets Best and their claim reimbursement turnaround time is very unacceptable. It is now 39-45 days. My one dog on Healthy Paws is less than 14 days. Why the difference? Pets Best you need to step up to the plate.

Buyer beware
Buyer beware! We got our insurance on 10/10 and visited the vet on the 12th for a well visit for our new 7 year old rescue. At that visit the vet mentioned a couple of back molars that need attention. We sent the estimate in for review. Apparently in the fine print it states that there is a 14 day waiting period for any issues found which would be considered a preexisting condition and not covered. I asked the representative if we had waited 2 weeks if it would be covered and she stated it would likely be still considered preexisting. Sounds like a scam to me.
