Trupanion good but very expensive
Fast and efficient. Pity about the $500 deductible taken off a small claim! Given the monthly cost of pet insurance, this seems excessive. Why do you not consider scaling the deductible in relation to the size of the claim. e.g under $1000, $100 deductible, under $2000, $200 deductible and so on. Just a suggestion! Makes you wish you never got pet insurance in the first place.
You cannot resolve anything when calling because there are no licensed insurance brokers to speak with. It takes months to get a response and an eventual denial of service because they fail to acknowledge the veterinary doctors files in there emails. Dragging out the process that you wish you never had insurance in the first place.
