This was our first claim and once all the required paperwork was submitted, it wasn't long before the claim was reviewed and processed. Very easy process and the lady I spoke with (Jaclyn K) was knowledgeable, helpful and very pleasant to deal with.

It was extremely easy to submit my claim. I submitted invoices that had both emergency and non emergency care. Trupanion conducted a thorough and fair review and I revived the payment direct deposit. I used a different pet insurance previously and never even figured out how to submit. Trupanion is quality service and terrific customer service. I would definitely recommend them to other pet owners.
