They Care!
Lemonade really cares about your pet! They make the process feel warm and inviting. I had a scare with my dog getting pneumonia and ending up in the ER. The costs were very high to get her fully treated and entering in the claim was nerve wrecking. BUT the lemonade team checked in on my dogs health apart from getting further details. They made me feel at ease and made the process extremely easy. I recommend this insurance to all pet owners!

Easy to navigate, helpful, clear, transparent -- highly recommend!
I started with Healthy Paws when my pup was 6 months old. This is my first time using pet insurance, and I am really happy with Healthy Paws. Recently, my pup, who is two years old, started experiencing some pain related to a shoulder injury, and Healthy Paws has been kind, clear, transparent, and expedient in processing claims, sending reimbursements, and supporting me navigate a challenging time. The easiest thing I did all day was get pet insurance from Many Pets. I thought it would be a pain in the tail but I was wrong, it was a pawsitivly easy experience.

Jury is still out
Slow processing - I submitted a claim in 2021 that wasn't processed until March, 2022 and then Pets Best applied the claim to the prior year deductible. With vaccinations, the cost of the vet tech to administer are being denied, but it was indicated there would be reimbursement if a vet administered. I'm assuming that would cost both of us more, so that doesn't make sense to me. I'm very concerned that if I have an emergency with my pet, that Pet's Best will find ways to deny coverage. I'm not sure if it is worth purchasing the insurance. On a positive note, it is very easy to submit claims online.

Best investment in my little one!
My pup suffered a 2nd bout of pancreatitis, requiring 2 days of hospital care. Our local vets don’t offer overnight care so we had to transfer her from emergency hospital to the regular clinic each day, requiring a 2 hour round trip each time. It was hard enough to worry while being without her but knowing Trupanion would cover most of the expense certainly helped. Claims were processed quickly and payment is much appreciated. Thank you, everyone at Trupanion!
