The Trupanion team were immediately available and unexpectedly very personal in offering emotional support during the diagnosis of my cat's cancer, and subsequent euthanasia later that week. I truly sensed caring from the Trupanion staff, which seemed unique for an insurance company. Claims were promptly acted upon, with payment following. Trupanion coordinated some of the claims directly with the local Vet's office. I felt very supported, and my pet, very respected.
