Easy to submit claims
We are new to pet insurance and Figo was easy to submit a claim.

It's a Nightmare!
It's a Nightmare! Over a month and still haven't received the approved claim funds ~$1800.00 They said they would Zelle on November 16 but didn't receive it. Later, the same day, they said it would be deposited in to my bank account within 1-3 business days but haven't. On November 16, 2022, then again on November 26 and 28; they said I will receive Zelle payment the next but never received it. I've spoken to Customer Service several times but no resolution yet. Also, earlier this year, they never paid a valid $2000 plus claim. December 8, 2022; I see a response from MetLife asking to send them an email. It was already done at least 10 times and just asked to send again to deceive readers of this post and trying to act like this email address provided to resolve the issue. It's a bull crap sweet talking.

Grateful for Healthy Paws
Our goldendoodle is fun loving, curious and always into things. He recently ate a bunch of advil out of a backpack and was in the ER for 3 days. Healthy Paws was very supportive and delivered on their commitments. We are very grateful for Healthy Paws because keeping our dog safe is really hard (despite our best efforts).

Just got this insurance for both my cats and there's a 500 deductible and I'm on a fixed income so this is kind of hard for me to deal with. I don't know if I'm going to keep it or not but I do have my two cats and one is very in need of that assistance

It’s worth it, I promise…
For the longest time I begrudgingly paid monthly into the insurance program for both my cats, often times thinking that it was pointless as they never got sick. Then 2021 came around and our sweet boy got sick, the bills added up quickly. Our finances had changed dramatically due to the state of the world. We quickly realized we could not afford any of his treatments if not for Trupanion. If we didn’t have insurance we would have had to make a very hard decision. I’m very thankful to have had my boy covered. The customer service has always been excellent and have addressed my concerns or issues incredibly quick.
