Good customer service
We've been with embrace pet insurance for eight years and had to switch. It was getting expensive, but it was a fantastic experience. We are giving spot pet insurance a chance and see where it takes us, but you all have some Awesome customer service .

I have put in claims on 3 different…
I have put in claims on 3 different occasions for 2 different pets and they haven’t covered anything. If you don’t read every letter in their small print you’re going to get screwed! Just like personal health insurance, they continue to raise their rates just to cover less and less each year. If you try their chat feature, you won’t get a response back for at least 2 days, so I suggest calling. In short, skip the insurance and pay out of pocket because it will cost you less in the long run! Otherwise, you’ll pay out of pocket for vet expenses and still pay out of pocket for the insurance policy that won’t cover any costs

Embrace has been top notch for the last 3 years that we have been with them. Our dog Cody got very sick and everything was cover by Embrace without a hitch. That’s over 100+ claims. When you call with a question they are always so polite and professional.They are the BEST.

Claim Response Quick & Thorough
We had 2 injuries this year for my 10 year old Pomeranian. PetsBest claim response was in a month both times. Everything that they said should be covered was, no questions asked. Premium has gone up a bit ($30/mo) but they have delivered.

Relief for mom's heart during CHF journey!
I am approaching my 10th year of Fetch coverage on my pack of beagles. And in that time the coverage has been excellent and affordable for the odd pair of ingested underwear, pulled muscle or constipation - typical hound afflictions! But a few months ago, I took my male Hank to the ER for what I assumed was a worsening case of kennel cough, to find out that he was in congestive heart failure, and my world was turned upside down. Amongst the tears and fears and angst of getting all of the follow up appointments made and medications accurately dosed and trying to picture life without my best boy dog - one thing I never had to worry about was coverage. I was quickly reimbursed for my claims for the ER, the veterinary cardiologist, the prescription medications, even the prescribed over-the-counter supplements like fish oil and ubiquinol. Having the flexibility of being able to seek out every last shred of care possible for my dog, without having to worry about the cost, is beyond priceless to me and his beagle sister. I'll never go without Fetch on my hounds or any future furry members of my family!
