I have been happy customer 20 years. I joined after unhappy experience with well known insurance company. My Yorkie had ear infections evidently they had a limit on how many they would pay for.This has never happened with Trupanion. They pay every claim in the contract. Our vet faxes claim money is in our checking account in a week! Yes the bill goes up every year and I used to get really mad. Now my Bichon is 10 years old. He has had a 1500 knee operation. He take medication 75 $ a month gets injections once a week 30$ That is not including if he gets sick.I now get more than I pay out. Don’t make the mistake of not insuring your dog.. I always said I did not want to need to choose between putting dog down or going broke. I love this company so happy I made a wise choice.

At first I thought I would have to deal with the nonsense of my own personal health insurance. The aspca has been honest, honorable, and I am completely satisfied as to what they represent. My little guy has suffered this past year, and this health insurance has been there every step of the way. Ease of claim and has paid as promised very quickly

Zero problems with my claims
Ever since signing up with this company years ago in Ontario, Canada, I have always had honest, straightforward service with honest answers. My claims were taken seriously and I was paid back within a month on every one. I recommend this agency to all of my friends and colleagues, because it's clear and there are no hidden fees or nonsense at claim time. All three of my dogs are covered and it isn't breaking the bank. Go for it.

I was looking into information about pet health insurance and I ended up signing up my dog Nimoe getting the popular $10,000 plan. So now when take him to see the vet, I don't need to worry about the cost of a visit and the prescription drugs that he would if needed. I can just go to my portal and attach a picture of the bill to get reimbursed.

Well there was an issue with the payment need to change the card I was surprised no way that you get anyone on the phone they just keep you waiting on hold even I tried to go to there office as I live in the same city but it seems it’s a shell office in an office building in Oakville if to pay you I can’t reach you how will I reach you if the puppy is sick ?

I chose ManyPets after comparing pet insurance plans through Forbes Advisor. It is affordable, has a lower deductible than others, I liked the plan details, and has a 4.5 star rating by Forbes. I’m just completing the waiting period and haven’t actually used it yet, and hope it won’t be needed any time soon.
