Exceptional! From caring, fast customer service to no squabble coverage.
We almost lost our 7 month old Bulldog Charlee Ann early on a weekend morning. We ended up at a VCA emergency hospital finding out she had bad case of pneumonia. The hospital gave us a estimate of roughly $4500.00 for a plan of action to treat her. We called Trupanion never having filed a claim before they answered promptly, we snapped a photo of the estimate emailed it to them. Within 10 minutes they approved coverage minus the deductible and copay. Fantastic! Since she's been out of the hospital she has had numerous tests, x-rays and follow up visits with our family vet. They covered all minus copay. Through all of this no cost ceilings or coverage exceptions. The bottom line is Trupanion gives you the peace of mind that you can get and afford the care your pet needs.

Saved my puppy her life!
My 6 month old pup has had a very difficult start in her life, between 10 rounds antibiotics for UTI and 2 major surgeries I have to say she would have never made it this far if it wasn’t for petsplusus coverage. They have been very goodand if it wasn’t for them my pup would have not had this chance to survive a difficult situation.

It was a positive experience. The woman I spoke to first was especially friendly and got things set up seamlessly. The second person we spoke to (to sign up a second dog) seemed less seasoned and a bit repetitive his questions and in relaying info, but he was friendly.
