I just think that I may be able to get…
I just think that I may be able to get a cheaper rate for what I am getting. I am glad that I am able to drive to work and to see my mom in her long term care home. But there has to be a way to get a lower rate. Every person I speak to seems to be getting a rate under 100 dollars. And I am paying 136 plus applicable taxes and fees.

2 of my claims went through right away…
2 of my claims went through right away but I'm still waiting for the 3rd. They don't clarify that the wellness plan amounts for refund are yearly, so they only cover like one month of heartworm and flea/tick for the year.

I just purchased my policies for my 2 dogs, so I cannot review on claims process or what was covered and the time line for payouts. I would like to give 5 stars on the fact that I had questions regarding the policy prior to purchase. I called the phone number, and actually talked to a live person. This seldom happens in the world today! I was very impressed, and she got my answers quickly and was very friendly. That alone was all I needed to make my insurance company choice.
