Claims
I submitted claims by fax, and the next day the claims were approved and check mailed to me. We are very pleased with the ease of submitting claims and very rapid response and payment. I also appreciate that an email was sent to me asking how our dog was after her surgery.

I spoke to a women today (lindsey) about a claim and she could not have been nicer and gave me all the answers. I must say that I have never had a problem with fetch and I think they should start a new company teaching customer service!!!!

This was our first time using Pet Insurance. I was pleasantly supposed at how easy the process was! I clicked submit claim and it walked me through everything. It took maybe 5 minutes to submit my bill. I got my approval and the money was direct deposited toy account. Love it!!!

Turn around on your money SUCKS
Pets Best is an okay insurance. It’s taken over 20 days to get a response about a claim. I feel like the turn around time should be quicker since we pay out of pocket.
