Waiting for premium payment information
I've received a PDF of my pet's health insurance policy, but I don't like that I have yet to receive a premium payment confirmation or an acknowledgement of how future premium payments will be handled (do they send a bill via email or postal mail?).

Healthy Paws Pet Insurance saved my Sheila
Healthy Paws is an awesome pet insurance company and I would never use any other one. It is so easy to submit your claim and reimbursement is usually very quick. My dog had serious surgery due to her Cushing’s disease causing a malignant tumor on one of her adrenal glands. She needed to have that adrenal gland removed which was a risky surgery. Thankfully I had Healthy Paws Insurance to help me through it! You won’t be sorry with Healthy Paws Insurance.

Customer Service was great!
We've been PetPlan (now Fetch) clients since 2010 and have no complaints. I called into Fetch today and spoke with Tattianna Smith who was able to address all of my questions and was very polite and easy to talk to.
