Worst Experience
Phone rep just kept going on and on about all the problems I could have with my pet, and left little room for feedback as she just kept talking. If I wasnât already fairly certain Iâd move forward with trupanion based on a friend referral, I wouldâve hung up and went elsewhere. The experience was horrible.

Speedy claim settlement
I notified Trupanion that claims would be coming in for my sick dog. The veterinary clinic submitted the forms directly to Trupanion and the claims were paid almost instantly. I didn't have to do anything really other than to pay my portion of the bill.
