Should have known nothing is this simple
Two emails within the first week which are confusing and worrisome. One seemed to wonder if we were sure we meant to select the deductible we had without additional coverage. The other talking about pre-existing conditions and possibly not processing future claims based on that, *after we've paid to enroll.
