I applied for Pet Health Insurance via your website. This was user friendly and very helpful during the application process. After that I received an email with directions to register and create a profile. When I did and when I try to Log In I received a notification that my zip code and password are incorrect. The only solution to resolve this issue is to call your office. Which I will asap.

Healthy Paws insurance was the best…
Healthy Paws insurance was the best decision I have made. My fur baby was diagnosed with cancer this past summer. I would not have been able to afford the very expensive treatments had it not been for Healthy Paws. They reimburse almost immediately. Thanks to them Tucker is doing well.

Great service!
I just want to thank and applaud ASPCA insurance for their consistent support and ease of completing claims. My family is so appreciative and grateful that our fur baby is taken care of through his never ending health scares. Our vet tells us he is a unicorn! We have recommended ASPCA to all of our friends and hope to use them in the future whenever we expand our fur baby family!

Fetch Has Been A Lifesaver
Fetch, has always been easy to work with and makes it easier to take care of my son and his health issues. Thank God for the insurance coverage, since he has a condition that requires vet visits and medications. Without the insurance I couldn't afford to keep him in my life and without him I wouldn't want to be here either.

Negative Star Rating
If I could give negative stars, I would. Trying to file a claim is like pulling teeth. I have only filed one claim since purchasing the policy. They ask for information regarding proof of payment, which I provided on more than one occasion. They wanted more legible invoices. I had the veterinarian rewrite them. This claim was filed about a month and a half ago. The claim is held up with the same reasons as mentioned. I plan on canceling my policy if this not resolved.
