We originally enrolled our pets with PetOne, and thought that bad changes were going happen when MetLife took over our policies, but so far our experience have been very positive. The claim process has been improved and customer service is very responsive. Great experience overall and we highly recommend protecting your precious pets with MetLife.

Healthy Dog, Happy Human!
At the very end of October, my little dog had surgery to remove a large mass. His surgery was successful. Afterwards, I contacted Fetch to find out what documents were necessary in order to file a claim. The representative was very nice and told me exactly what I needed to submit. A couple of weeks later, after my dog’s stitches were removed, I was given all of the necessary papers from my vet and I sent them in to Fetch. They kept me posted as to when they received the papers and they also let me know the progress of the review of the claim. A very short time later, I was reimbursed. I was so surprised at how quickly this was taken care of.

Healthy Paws - very positive experience!
Healthy Paws made submitting and processing my pet's health claims very fast, easy, and positive. Will stick with them
Response time is great. I really cannot complain about much except for two things: 1) They appear to be inconsistent regarding what a pre-existing condition is. Sometimes covered; sometimes not. Frustrating. 2) Our vet sent them our dog's complete medical history but they seemed to lose it. I had to re-send it to them myself. This should not happen. Once they got it (and they've received this before) they did act quickly. Again, cannot really complain as their customer service seems to be very good and their coverage, while not quite as extensive as I was hoping, is good, we'll stick with them for a long, long time.
